I think it would depend on the type of course and the University, as Samantha says. You can find that out from the University brochures called prospectuses, which will be available on each University’s website.

The most common entry is by getting a university degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology or pharmacology. Be careful about doing a degree in “forensic science”, because not all of these provide all the skills and knowledge to work as a forensic scientist.
