      I think about 10.8 kg.

Very big babies are often not very healthy.

The largest baby ever was born in Canada in 1879, according to Guinness Book of World Records. He weighed 23 lbs, 12 ounces at birth. He lived for less than 1 day. In 1955, an Italian woman gave birth to a 22 pound, 8 ounce baby that survived. More recently, a 19 lb baby boy was born in Indonesia.

The heaviest baby girl born in the UK is Suzie Gzowski who weighed 12lbs 12oz and was born naturally in February in Swindon.

The heaviest newborn boy was Guy Warwick Carr, delivered in Cumbria in 1992 and weighing in at 15lbs 8oz.
